    Missoula County supports HB 136 – Abolish premarital blood test for women, before the House Judiciary tomorrow morning. The vast majority of marriage license applicants check a box on the rubella form which waives the requirement for medical certification of blood testing for rubella immunity. It is an extra step that should be eliminated.
