    Representative Marler,

Missoula County supports HB 124, Authorize county commissioners to lift agricultural covenants -limited situation, up for hearing this afternoon in the Local Government Committee. The proposed bill would give the local jurisdiction the flexibility to lift a covenant without added process when it's for a public purpose, as well as allow landowners to remove the covenant when aggregating a tract to the original tract.

    Please support HB 124.
