Allocating supportive housing grant funds to those serving Am Indian offenders

Comments

  1. Sent Jan. 10:

    Senator Malek,

Missoula County supports SB 13 – Allocating supportive housing grant funds to those serving American Indian offenders, before the Senate Business, Labor and Economic Affairs tomorrow morning. SB 13 would require that a certain percentage of Supportive Housing Grant funding be awarded to eligible uses that serve American Indian offenders. Currently, Missoula County works with the Human Resource Council, District XI on the administration of a Board of Crime Control Supportive Housing Grant. The requirement to serve a percentage of American Indian offenders with the grant funds would not fundamentally change the scope or implementation of the program.

    Please support SB 13.
