    Representative Winter,

Missoula County supports SB 291, as amended, heard in House State Administration this morning. SB 291 will allow voters the opportunity to utilize new ballot marking devices. All voters would be afforded the opportunity to use this new technology to mark their ballots, and receive back for review the marked ballot before depositing it with other ballots. This bill will allow counties the opportunity to replace 20 year old aging and failing technology with redesigned ballot marking equipment and will ensure we’re able to ensure voters with disabilities can cast their ballots independently and privately.

    Please support SB 291.
